At CityPost Cable Railing, we stand by the quality of our systems and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your project requirements change or you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a list of the specific cable railing components you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place all posts, cables, and hardware back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all small fittings are secured in their respective bags.
Shipping and Labels
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for resale condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
