Yes, our systems are engineered to meet standard International Residential Code (IRC) requirements, featuring 3-inch cable spacing to ensure the safety of children and pets.
How long does shipping take for custom railing orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom powder-coated colors or specialized configurations may take 2-3 weeks for fabrication and delivery.
What is your return policy for railing components?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, standard-sized components in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut posts and specialized kits may be subject to a restocking fee.
Can I install CityPost railing in coastal environments?
Absolutely. We use high-grade 316 stainless steel for our cables and zinc-primed, powder-coated steel or aluminum for our posts to provide maximum corrosion resistance against salt air.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all CityPost systems come with a 10-year limited warranty on the structural integrity of the posts and a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel cable hardware.
